Delivery Policy

Domestic Delivery
 
Logistics partners：

Estimated delivery lead-time and cost：

Home Delivery：(HCL)
About 2-3 days for Taiwan main island.  Free shipping on any order over NTD 3,000.
About 4-5 days for Taiwan outlying islands.  Additional shipping cost NTD 300 per order.

In-store Pickup：(7-11)
About 5-7 days for Taiwan main island.  Free shipping on any order over NTD 3,000.
About 8-10 days for Taiwan outlying islands.
Notice：Restrained items for In-store Pickup.  Weight limit up to 10 kgs.
 

International Shipping

About 10-14 days for international standard shipping.  Arrival time may be earlier or delayed due to possible changes of flight schedule.
Current international shipping is for Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.  The shipping cost will be automatically calculated by total weight (shipping carton included) and shown in the check-out page.


Other Notices

1. The delivery will be arranged about 2-4 working days after order is placed and confirmed.
2. Delivery time from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.  No shipment arranged on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays of Taiwan.
3. Delivery might be delayed if too many orders during holidays or any force majeure occurs. 
4. If Home Delivery is chosen, the delivery route will be decided by truck driver.
5. If In-store Pickup is chosen, please pay attention to notice message and pick up within 7 days upon arrival.  If any delay and extra shipping cost, customer him/herself shall bear the related cost.
6. If the products are listed for Pre-Order, please place order based on the estimated delivery timing on each product page.
